AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Music in Organ Performance
Undergraduate applicants should prepare at least two works
for the organ audition. Sightreading a hymn and a major scale
will also be expected.
Master of Music in Organ Performance
Doctor of Musical Arts in Organ Performance
Graduate applicants must complete both an audition and
an interview. Applicants should prepare three works of contrasting
style for the audition. One of the three works should be a
major Bach work such as a prelude and fugue or a trio sonata.
Sightreading will also be tested. Applicants who are interested
in a church position should inform Dr. Faythe Freese at the
interview.
