Directions to the Moody Music Building
|
The Frank Moody Music Building sits on the eastern edge of the
University of Alabama campus in Tuscaloosa, on University Boulevard.

Persons traveling by air should fly into the Birmingham International
Airport (BHM), then drive south on Interstate 20/59 to Tuscaloosa; see below.
To drive to the School of Music via Interstate 20/59:
- Take exit 73 McFarland Boulevard north (US 82 W).
- Travel on McFarland Boulevard for 2.5 miles, past University Mall on
the right.
- 2 blocks after the mall, take the exit ramp in the right lane for
University Boulevard (AL 215).
- At the end of the ramp, turn right to head west on University
Boulevard.
- At the fourth traffic light, the Moody Music Building will be on the
left.
- There is public parking in the lot directly across from the front of
the building.
If traveling via U.S. Highway 82 from the south or east, start at step #2, above.
If traveling via U.S. Highway 82 from the west, e.g., Mississippi:
- After reaching Tuscaloosa, take the exit for University Boulevard
(AL 215) on the right. This exit comes almost immediately after the
exit for Campus Drive.
- At the end of the ramp, turn right to head west on University Boulevard.
- At the third traffic light, the Moody Music Building will be on the
left.
- There is public parking in the lot directly across from the front of
the building.
